That man is Seward Mantic, the head of a government sanctioned watchdog organization known as T.H.E.-M.A.N. He is also the Spoon’s brother and he is hell-bent on eliminating all super-powered individuals and vigilantes. Our heroes find themselves in the fight of their lives as they uncover Seward’s plans and realize that in order to save Earth every super-powered being may have to die. As the team falls one by one to their enemies hands that must make the difficult decision, help their enemy commit murder and save the world or die fighting him.
