The Spoon, Old Man Whoop Ass, Max Action, Gypsy Princess and the Six Million Dollar Pimp, they are the RETRIBUTORS. That man is Seward Mantic, the head of a government sanctioned watchdog organization known as T.H.E.-M.A.N. Our heroes find themselves in the fight of their lives as they uncover Seward’s plans and realize that in order to save Earth every super-powered being may have to die.
