Lightennen is Warfalc's daughter. Her power over the full spectrum of light exceeds that of Abbotech and the other masters combined, but there is a price to be paid for such power: control. She must perpetually emit light, venting the energy she generates.
Incredibly, at the time of her birth she was actually sextuplet boys. One night, eager to impress their father, the boys stole into the Scroll room in the temple and began reading. The depth of knowledge into which they had ventured overcame their young minds, not yet mature enough to internalize the profundity and power of the words contained therein.
Teetering on the brink of madness and death, the boys were isolated from the outside world. Soulan masters worked diligently to try and save them. When they emerged from isolation two years later, the boys had merged into a single woman, Lightennen. Only together, in the biologically stronger body of a human female, could they control the forces destroying their minds and bodies.
Lightennen can willingly shift between her merged presence and the six male warriors of her birth, but it is only together that she possesses her vast powers. As Abbotech's romantic partner and confidant, she plays an important role in the hierarchy of the Soulan.
